In conjunction with its ongoing recruitment efforts, UR Medicine Thompson Health is hosting a Nurses’ Summer Social on Monday, Aug. 20, at the Inn on the Lake, 770 S. Main St.
Held from 4 to 7 p.m., the event will give area nurses who may be interested in working at Thompson Health a chance to meet Thompson nurses and members of the health system’s nursing leadership team while enjoying drinks and hors d’oeuvres.
There are several nursing positions open within the health system, which has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s list of “150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare” for four years straight. RSVPs are not necessary for the Nurses’ Summer Social. All nurses who attend will be eligible for giveaways and door prizes.
