LUTH School of Nursing Form 2017/2018 session is currently on sale. Here is the announcement by the school on it website

ADMISSION FOR 2017/2018 SESSION IS ON

GO TO THE ADMISSION MENU TO BEGIN THE PROCESS

From the main menu click on admission, a drop down menu comes up
From the drop down menu click on Application Form
Fill and submit the form
After submitting the form you will be redirected to the payment gateway integrated with Remita collection engine
Select the preferred payment option of your choice and click on Pay Via Remita. At this point you are redirected from Sonluth.com to remita
Complete your payment, if online pay and print your transaction slip or if at the bank print your payment slip that contains the RRR and proceed to the bank to complete your transaction.
After a successful payment at the bank or online come back to the website and click on admission menu ( For those that made payment at the bank click on admission menu, form the drop down click on Verify RRR, This will enable you print your Transaction Receipt that contain the pincode. Without the Pincode you will not be able to print the Exam slip.)
From the drop down click on Exam slip
Then supply your Pincode as found in your transaction receipt
If your details are correct, this will give you access to the form and Exam slip for you to print
