• Must be a South African citizen. 35 years of age or younger and residing in the Gauteng Province
• In possession of ore of the following school leaving certificates: A Senior Certificate, a National Senior Certificate or National Vocational Certificate Primary Health (Level 4)

• The following subject criteria are required:
• Senior Certificate: English HG D or SG C. Biology HG ID or SG C and an M score of 15 * National Senior Certificate: English Level 4, Life Sciences Level 4 and an APS of 25 (Life orientation counts half the score) * Current Grade 12 learners must meet the National Senior Certificate requirements in their Grade 11 final results. National Vocational Certificate: 50% in Fundamental Subjects (English First Additional Language. Maths/Maths Literacy, Life Orientation) and 60% in the Vocational Subjects (SA Health Care System, Public Health, The Human Body and Mind and Community Oriented Primary Care).

Applications are invited from qualified candidates for entry into any of the Health Training Institutions in Ghana.
Applicants must:
1. Purchase application Scratch card for admission forms at a price of Gh¢100.00 from any of the health training institutions, Post Office or Zenith Bankonly
2. Take the application code purchased to any of the health training institutions computer laboratory or the internet cafe
3. Fill the application form with the assistance of an IT tutor in any of the health training institutions
4. Get two self-addressed EMS envelops from any of the health training institutions at a cost of GH¢20.00
5. Put the completed application forms in the EMS envelop and drop it at any post office branch nationwide.
6. Starting from 2017, all applicants will have to go through competitive entrance examination before admission.

Lagos State School of Nursing Igando 2017/2018 Admission Form on Sale

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into General Nursing Training Programme at the Lagos State School of Nursing, Igando, Alimosho LGA, Lagos. The programme will commence in September, 2017.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT: WASSCE/NECO (O’Level) with credit in five (5) subjects including English Language. Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry at not more than two (2) sittings.

AGE RANGE: 18-23 YEARS (Candidate must be 18 years old by September, 2017)

DURATIAON OF TRAINING: 3 YEARS

METHOD OF APPLICATION: Application forms are obtainable at the Lagos State School of Nursing Complex, LASU-Isheri Road, Igando (within the premises of Alimosho General Hospital), from Wednesday 3rd May, 2017 upon payment of Five thousand Naira (N5,000.00) into the Skye Bank Account of the Lagos State Government: Account Number: 4030010449; Revenue Code; 4040040; Ministry Code: 4320000. Each candidate is required to produce a bank teller indicating payment at the point of collection of forms in the School.

SUBMISSION/CLOSING DATE: Completed application forms and photocopies of relevant documents (Birth certificates, Testimonial and WASSCE/NECO certificates etc.) are to be submitted to the, Lagos State School of Nursing Complex, Igando on or be fore Friday, 2nd June, 2017 by 2.00pm.

EXAMINATION: Entrance examination comes up on Saturday, I7th June, 2017 at the Lagos State School of Nursing Complex, Igando by 8am. Examination questions will cover English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Knowledge, Current Affairs and IntrodUction to Nursing.

• Please note that only successful candidates will be short listed for interview.
• First year fee of N230.000.00 (Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand Naira Only) which includes accommodation is to be paid on resumption.
